Tokusatsu Review: Kamen Rider Final Form Top 19 Update Muteki Gamer Lv 100: Literally God-mode (Happy 4th Anniversary)

So, what do you plebs have to say? Oh thank you oh mighty lord and Savior God Dan Kuroto! Well that'd be a nice start.

 He's also humble to boot. But enough of him for now time talk about his contribution to Ex-Aid for this blog's fourth anniversary. Aside from creating many many memes he gave Emu the key to defeating his equally psychotic father who attained the power of Kamen Rider Cronus. And no, Cronus doesn't breathe fire.

 But before we talk about how the God Dan Kuroto created the power to counter Za Warudo, we have to give a brief look at Kamen Rider Build's final form, Genius Form.

Well, it's definitely colorful. Though given that it's supposed to contain all the distilled powers of the 60 Fullbottles I can see where they're coming from. Though we got a bit of a preview of its powers with Episode 40 we may be seeing more as the fight against Evolt goes on. But apparently it not only lets Sento access the Speed force he can also purify the nebula gas of anyone with his finisher.

 But on to the main event of the year, the review and ranking of 2017's final form Muteki Gamer Lv 100.

Like I said last year this form is very gold and very pointy. Though what kills it for me is the gold dread locks that the form has. It looks like if the Ultimate Warrior went Super Saiyan.

 In terms of how it was used in the story it was pretty much an Anti Cronus form. Originally Cronus was supposed to be the most powerful Kamen Rider Genm Corp ever created, for the sole role of saving the world from Gamedeus. But then Masamune got his crazy hands on it and became the true big bad of the show, not only propigating the death game of Kamen Ride Chronicle but also trying to take over the world by holding the lives of those who succumbed to Gamer Syndrome as leverage. So with that on the line God Dan Kuroto created the Hyper Muteki Gashat, which would in theory offer immunity to Cronus' time stop powers. While it did work for him, it only lasted for 10 seconds (most of which he used to gloat to his dad.)

 It turns out that only Emu could utilize the full power of Hyper Muteki since it was designed to work with his strand of Game Syndrome. But since he was cured after Parado tricked him into using Maximum Mighty X's powers on himself allowing Parado to access Lv 99 the Doctors were up a creak without a paddle. But when Emu tricked Parado into infecting him again he was able to unlock the full potential of Hyper Muteki and access his final form. As you could guess a power able to counter a guy can stop time has to be OP as hell and checking on his stats Hyper Muteki is quite literally God Mode. He can move at not only twice the speed of sound he's also apparently immune to  damage via warping and is immune to negative status effects.

 Though there is a major weakness to this form, Parado. Since Parado is Emu's Bugster and source of his infection Parado's life and Emu's ability to become Ex-Aid are inexorably linked, if Parado is killed then Emu is cured and thus, no more Ex-Aid. Now since Parado is also a Kamen Rider at Lv 99 this isn't a major problem unless he's up against someone who can not only kill him but cure him. Again this isn't much of an issue since Parado joined with Emu and the rest of the CR team he's got plenty of back up in case things get too hairy.

 So what we have is a quite literal case of God modding to combat against someone with the powers of a god. Basically this final form is the Game Genie on steroids. Though it wasn't used to finish off Gamedeus/ Cronus for good but at least the reason why was an in show explanation harkening back to the early episodes. So with its use in the show, overall aesthetic and may own personal judgement I'll place Muteki Gamer Lv 100 at #8 in my top Final forms.

 So with this my anniversary tradition wraps up. To think its only been four years since I started this blog, and when I look back on my old works, it can be more then a tad cringy to say the least.
