 Sorry for the delay in these updates. As you can see things have understandably thrown our collective schedules off-course. But we just need to keep on keeping on. As for Kiryu he has to take back Kamurocho from the 5 Billionaires and to do that he'll need training and lots of it. But first, several trips to the telephone club for some severe life lessons.

 Now that we know how Gai's actor got his inspiration for his performance I can fully give him the credit he deserves because man oh man did he take this character and make a proper monster. Speaking of Actors send some match needed love to Jyuru's actor Rio Komiya who was discharged from the hospital and is in self quarantine after recovering from Covid-19. Nate however has attracted the eye of Evox which means he might be on track to meeting the fate of his Gobusters Counterpart Jin. Back in 1988 Kamurocho Kiryu gets his new look and settles into his new life as a Real Estate Agent. Aside from having proper health insurance it's not all that different from his life with the Tojo Clan.

 Zero One seems to be using what I call the Good Burger defense as to why Thouzer isn't in jail right now. Kirameiger has our new Red Atsuta and he isn't an over glorified idiot, though he still has an annoying catchphrase. Beast Morphers was off for the week but we still have Yakuza 0 to deal with. We get some backstory behind Majima and why he's so dead-set on getting back into the Tojo Clan even though he was tortured and had his eye stabbed out. After some shenanigans involving a chiropractor he's now conflicted as to whether to protect a blind woman or kill her to get back into the clan.

 Here we are my friends, the end of Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind. First we finish off Judge Doom only to find that our reward was a big, fat, goose egg! And what was in that goose egg, was a monstrosity named Yozora. A androgynous pretty boy that is right up there with the Demi-Fiend from Digital Devil Saga in terms of OP Superbosses. So with that we have finally beaten Kingdom Hearts 3 Re:Mind on Critical, thanks for all of your support and be sure to stick around for my new Lets Play.

 Only two more Organization Members to go before the rematch with big bad Master Xehanort and the Unholy hell beast born of Tetsuya Nomura's dark feelings towards the fate of Verses 13. First is Ansem and after dealing with the Nobody of Terra-Xehanort his Heartless is relatively easy. Honestly he is one of the easier fights in this DLC, relative to the rest of course. Xion on the other hand can be a bit of a problem. But she's nothing compared to what's coming next and at least she gives me some unique gear that I can actually use!

 Only a few more of these jokers left to go before I get to the real demon of this DLC. First we have a rematch with the third D'arby brother and he's definitely a lot easier than last time in KH2FM, just don't make the card, use the triangle button and you should be good. Next is Revolver Ocelot and his endless bullet frenzy. Last is Xemnas, he's one of the worst ones, on par with Saïx and Dark Riku, I hate this guy and hopefully I never have to see him again. Thankfully it's all uphill after Xemnas so just hang in there kids.

 Prepare for a new pain regimen people. Saïx is a screaming monster man with flaming Claymores and I'm just a kid with spiky hair and a key, Saïx is so screwed. Marluxia is still just a creep, whispering sweet nothings into Sora's ear and whatnot. And after the first few beasts we move on to the relatively easier fights starting with Larxene. The one point in these fights where my berserker tendencies actually came in handy.

 The pain train is going full speed and the breaks are reduced to gram crackers!!! As if Vanitas wasn't bad enough with his ridiculous Remnant homage attack he also hits like a truck. Dark Riku is even worse with his constant unblock able attacks and area attacks that he loves to span constantly! Surprisingly Terra-Xehanort is the easiest of this crop. But make no mistake, doing this on critical was a horrible idea but I did it anyway, so there.

 Now we finally see the end of the Second Keyblade war from the Guardians' perspective. Not only did they stop the onslaught of the Organization Replicas but Sora eventually succeeded in saving Kairi. Even though the Replicas fused into a second Armored Xehanort and had 13 Keyblades Kairi and Sora eventually managed to defeat the Replica Xehanort with the help of the Guardians. However Sora still had to pay the piper. And in order to find him Riku and the gang from Radiant Garden had to guide a second Data Sora against Data Versions of the True Organization 13, starting with #12, Young Xehanort.

 Now it's time to get down to brass tax and see those alternate perspectives. First we finish off Vanitas and Terra-Xehanort as Aqua by throwing Ven at them while he's surfing on a frozen Keyblade (yes I'm serious.) Next we take Roxas for a spin as Kairi actually gets to show some of the fruits of that training that she and Lea went through before she got kidnapped again; again! Also we see how exactly Xion came back and yes it does make some modicum of sense (by Kingdom Hearts standards granted but I'll take what I can get.) Lastly after we take care of the Xehanort trio Sora knows what to do to save Kairi and jumps to reach Master Xehanort before his past self arrives.

 So here we are with the Kingdom Hearts 3 DLC Re:Mind. Not only do we get some more character detail, we also get to play as Riku, Roxas, Aqua and Kairi as time gets bent into a Mickey Mouse head shaped pretzel as Tetsuya Nomura desperately tires to have this make sense. But hey I'm down with that let's do this people. Oh and instead of Roy Batty Master Xehanort is now possessed by Judge Doom, and let me just say he's the 2nd best to play the role. Sorry Rutger I know you tried.

Let's Play MediEvil Remastered Parts 21-Finale

 At long last we finish MediEvil remastered. Though apparently there was time travel involved with this whole fiasco and given the in game text about the events of MediEvil 2 maybe that will be remade at some-point in the near future? Also exclusive to the PS4 version, if you complete the lost souls quest you unlock the PS1 original, and may I say that's brilliant so you've essentially bought two games for the price of one and that's a bargain no matter how you slice it. Though the final boss fight only got dragged out as long as it was due to the trophies I had to get. But other than that MedEvil is going to be a Halloween staple for me, fun challenging and earns my seal of approval.

 We have hell and Heaven mode today, starting off we have the most difficult level to 100% in the game at least in my opinion. Then we have the 3rd shortest level with Zarok's lair. Normally that'd be all to this blue but thanks to this being the PS4 version we have the lost souls to pacify, which means I had to go through almost every level in the game again to complete their challenges and find new lost souls. Free tip, just go in the order form where you star this quest it'll make things less complicated. But hey at least this quest unlocks the very original PS1 version of Medieval, so there's that.

 A bat, a snake and a trophy. These are the things that dragged these particular sessions longer than they rightfully should have been. But nonetheless I got it all done. Though I did take care of the Snake off screen and had to endure the dragon twice thanks to that damn bat! But now that we've made it past the haunted ruins we can really get down to the hard levels.

 Happy Holidays everybody here's more Lets Play footage from a game perfectly made for Halloween; on the first night of Hanukkah, just two days before X-Mas. I'm very timely. Regardless of my inept scheduling now that I've braved the asylum and saved the Mayor I'm back on the trail of Zarok and his Shadow Demons. While walking down the remains of the original battle against Zarok I get harassed by an army of Demonic Peter Pans, because of course. Then I have to wonder around Dionysus Park apparently to get to the ruins of Gallowmere castle.

 With the Pumpkin pie shared to all the people Sir Daniel now continues his quest. But to progress he has to free Zarock's Shadow Demons for some reason. To do this he needs the key to the Shadow Demon tomb from the Mayor of the nearby village. I mean he gets it but apparently the guy was abducted by Zarock to learn where he hid it. So after I free the Demons Sir Danial figures that he needs to save the guy to balance out his hero to numbskull ratio.

 Today we venture through Dr Weird's corn fields. Thankfully there the corn itself isn't lethal but apparently Dr Weird just let some unstoppable demon hide there and kill anyone who puts their toe inside the field. Afterwords we have to kill several demonic pumpkins and their leader; a giant evil Pumpkin. But sadly there's no pies to be had; 0/10 not enough pumpkin pies! Oh and we help out a Pumpkin Witch who could have helped dealing with it but I guess wanted to finish her Sudoku puzzle first and we just took care of the beast before she was done.

 Now that we're back on track we smack the ever-loving corpse dust off of some Wolves and get Mjolnir as a pretty sweet reward. Though not even that can prepare me for the unholy horror that is; the anthill! Oh you think I'm joking and being cute no, no no man these things are savages who will kick your boney backside back to the bone man's bungalow (god I love alliteration.) Even after I get past her horde I still have to kill Cody 3 to end that nightmare and get rewarded with Fried Chicken. But I can't even get on with the main story because apparently I have to free Zarok's Shadow Demons with some silly artifact, just great.

 Happy Thanksgiving to everybody in the US. Here's a little gift to you, the remake of MediEvil. This is my first exposure to the MediEvil franchise and from how much I enjoyed the remake of the original I hope that MediEvil 2 remastered is in the cards soon. But for now we have Sir Danial back in action and poised to live up to his own hype of being a great hero.  Here we are at the end of the original Psychonauts. After climbing the top of the tower, saving the kids and introducing them to Mr Pokeylope; we're ready to deal with Oleander and his evil plan. Though of course there's a reason behind everything so no Raz has to deal with the manifestation of Oleander's childhood trauma, thus he's no longer evil because that's how that's totally how that works. Now we have only a few months to wait until Psychonauts 2 finally comes out. And no I don't have a VR headset and most likely never will so I won't be covering Rhombus of Ruin.
